Kristy has achieved splendid results in Boot Camp, including losing 17kg in her first 12 weeks! Member of the Month We are so arrogant of member Tawhiri, who has lost an outstanding 76kg since starting with Advance Fitness, as part of his life changing journey. After 5 weeks the personal trainers expanded my programmed as my fitness slick has increased. Behind the second session I thought what am I doing, this was different to anything I had done before and at the time appeared too hard, but I pushed through and really enjoyed the group training environment with a great bunch of people of all fitness levels and abilities all with the same goal to amplify our fitness and have a appropriate time doing it. I joined with Advance Fitness in May 2012 and with the assist of staff, Group Fitness and Personal craning I have lost 15kgs!! When I first joined Advance Fitness, I was one those members that didn’t turn up for a year. I now have lost 13kgs in complete since starting at the gym, which means I have achieved my weight lost coaled and now making fresh goals
