What you should know about Dyno NZ
At Dyno we design, manufacture and supply a comprehensive range of conveyor systems and conveyor components , ranging from small specialist bearings, convey or rollers, to powered roller and belt conveyors, modular slat conveyors, gravity roller conveyor, palletisers and full custom turn key systems. For over 25 years we have specialised in providing quality solutions for the material handling industry including, food processing, packaging, distribution and manufacturing, warehousing. Ongoing research and development ensures that we remain at the forefront of the industry. The fine tuning of our existing industry proven products and our ability to envisage, design and manufacture successful conveyor systems means our product range is built exactly to your needs.
USL Medical supplies both large and small healthcare products to New Zealand healthcare providers and patients. To achieve this we developed a purpose built warehouse in 2013 which allowed us to design a layout which would give us an increase in productivity and warehouse efficiencies. Part of the design was to implement a conveyor system which would reduce pickers travel time. Vincent was very professional in his dealing with us and never once tried to over complicate the design.
If in the future we decide to extend the conveyor, we will definitely use Dyno to take care of our conveyor requirements. Dyno were really good at collaborating with me they understood the solution we were after. We got their expertise and know how on that and once we were happy with the drawings we pressed go for fabrication, assembly and testing. When we engaged Dyno we told them our story and they were flexible they are open to the best way for the customer, So with all the pieces in place the next step for Button Family Crumpets is to get the crumpets rolling out the factory and in to stores throughout New Zealand.
I have found the experience and knowledge from their customer service and sales team outstanding. I really appreciated the prompt service and the no fuss work ethic from Dyno. Thank you for your awesome service and delivery time , my customer was more than impressed. We are using the low friction plastic on our bagging machine and have noticed a great reduction in noise and increased slippage of the products
