He was over 50 years worn and running 10km a day! I actually stopped smoking and lost weight! I’ve often thought about quitting smoking, but then I’d think oh I’ll get to it one day. The motivation I required came in the form of a STOPtober defy against another restrict manager, and that together with my health and desire to stop smoking, has helped me to continue smoke free since October 1.
